Booked

Canada, here we come!

Finally, another stage is over.  We already booked our tickets last Saturday.  It was a very long process since we reserved our tickets as early as March.  I should have reserved our ticket earlier had I known that peak season starts in July.  But we waited until our passports were requested by the Embassy and by that time, only a few seats were left.  Good thing that we still got the cheapest rates for first time immigrants.  Bad thing was we have to spend a night at Hong Kong before we depart for Toronto.  The next available ticket would cost us an additional 10,000 Php each person.  Still, we are thankful to our travel agent.  She really had the patience to reserved our tickets for almost 2 months and answer a lot of our queries.

Toronto, see you on July 25, 2012!

  1. Hello there,

May I know how much you got your tickets for? And are your flying Cathay all the way to Ontario?

I'm planning to land in Toronto this October and I'm currently scouting for affordable airfares.

    Thanks!

I would suggest using the gmail account and look for Rochelle.

Yup, Cathay all the way. Try to check if you can still avail of the 1st time immigrant rates. Peak season ends in September and seats should be plenty and rates should be much lower.

      God bless and good luck!

  3. Yes. I would suggest to scout for the lowest possible price and reserve them since it's free. By reserving early, you get to choose your preferred dates, airline and you get the lowest possible rate for the first time immigrant. I posted my travel agent in my previous comment. Good luck on your sputum test.

    Lapit na yan.

by the way, san ka sa nangka?

  5. MI2 ka na pala. Kami nga MI1. Almost 2 years ang hinintay namin. Bilis na yan. If I have a choice, kung aabot ka nang summer(July to Sept), booked mo na or try nyo habulin ung autumn. Pero kung di naman kayo nagmamadali, mag pasko na lang muna kayo dito.
